Chicken Spaghetti

- 1 chicken or 4 to 6 breasts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil the chicken in water with 1 tablespoon salt and the bay leaves.

2Cool, debone and cut into bite size pieces.

3Boil spaghetti until tender, rinse and drain.

4Melt margarine in large casserole; saute onion in margarine.

5Add soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

6Cut cheese into pieces and add to the mixture.

7Stir until cheese melts and add the chicken and spaghetti.

8Cover and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 375° (add salt and pepper to taste).
