- 1 chicken (about 3 1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place quartered chicken, 6 cups water, 1 teaspoon salt, peppercorns and bay leaves in a large pot.

2Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.

3Allow chicken to cool; skin, bone and dice it.

4Skim fat from broth. Discard bay leaves and peppercorns and save 4 cups broth.

5Cook spaghetti until barely tender and drain.

6Combine all ingredients. Place in a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until most broth is absorbed.
