  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced pimentos
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 3 or 4 ___ cooked spaghetti
  • 1 c. grated cheese

    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet.

    Saute onions, celery and bell peppers.

    Add flour, chicken broth and milk.

    Add soup, pimentos and 1/2 cup butter.

    Simmer for 20 minutes.

    Add chicken and spaghetti.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

    Bake at 325° for 35 minutes.

    Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven for 5 more minutes.
