  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 (12 oz.) large spaghetti
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

    Cook chicken.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Cook butter, onion and Ro-Tel until done.

    Do not brown.

    Add cream of chicken soup.

    Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Cover.

    Bake in slow 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
