Ingredients

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce or paste
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 hen
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cook onion in fat until clear; add Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, celery and chili powder.

    Cook this for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.

    Then add tomatoes and tomato paste and then mushroom soup.

    Cook hen until tender.

    Cool and remove from bones.

    Cut up and add to other mixture.

    Cook 1 pound spaghetti until tender and add to mixture and cook until well done.
