  • 2 large fryers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 large can canned milk
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz
  • 4 c. ready cut spaghetti

Directions

    Cook chicken in salted water to cover until tender.

    Bone chicken and save broth to cook spaghetti in.

    In a large skillet, melt butter.

    Add onion, celery and green pepper.
  5. 5
    Cook until tender. Add mushroom soup, evaporated milk and cheese. Simmer until cheese is melted. Add chicken and soup mixture.

    Pour into casserole.

    Makes 3 large casseroles.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
