- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 lb. chicken, cooked and chopped
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. spaghetti (thin)
- 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken.

2Chop into bite size pieces and set aside.

3Saute onions, celery and green pepper in shortening.

4Add chicken, tomatoes and chili powder; mix well.

5Season with salt and pepper to taste.
