Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 chicken, boiled and boned
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 stalks celery, cut small
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese for topping

Directions

    Boil spaghetti noodles in chicken broth (don't drain).

    Saute onion and celery in margarine.

    Mix chicken and celery mixture with the three cans of soup, the mushrooms, the cheese and the noodles.

    Put into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Top with more Mozzarella cheese.

    Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and spaghetti bubbles.
