  • 2 boxes cut spaghetti (10 oz.)
  • 1 cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/2 can chicken broth
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Butter a 2 1/2-quart casserole or larger if available. Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook and drain spaghetti.

    Saute onion and pepper in butter; drain.

    Heat soup and broth until hot.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Bake for 1 hour; after 30 minutes, stir and continue cooking.
