- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Make the crust by mixing the margarine, cream cheese and flour.

2Make into small balls.

3Roll out each ball to line small muffin tins.

4Make the filling by beating the eggs, brown sugar, melted margarine and vanilla together.

5Sprinkle a few chopped pecans into shells; fill with sugar and egg mixture.

6Place a pecan on top, if desired.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, then at 250° for 10 minutes.
