- 1 whole fryer chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (4.5 oz.) jar mushrooms
- salt
- red pepper
- bay leaf
- 3 c. Cheddar cheese
- 12 oz. spaghetti
Directions

1Cook chicken in water for 1 hour with bay leaf and salt.

2When cooked, debone and cut chicken into bite size pieces.

3Skim fat off broth, then cook spaghetti in broth.

4Drain spaghetti and save 3 cups broth.
