  • 8 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions

    In a large Dutch oven, melt stick of butter and saute onion until clear.

    Add bell pepper and mushrooms and cook until soft. Add pimentos and Worcestershire sauce.

    Reduce heat and add Velveeta cheese cubes.

    Stir constantly until melted.

    Add chicken and spaghetti.

    Can be served immediately or transferred to a large baking dish and refrigerated.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot.

    Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
