Ingredients
- 8 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions

1In a large Dutch oven, melt stick of butter and saute onion until clear.

2Add bell pepper and mushrooms and cook until soft. Add pimentos and Worcestershire sauce.

3Reduce heat and add Velveeta cheese cubes.

4Stir constantly until melted.

5Add chicken and spaghetti.

6Can be served immediately or transferred to a large baking dish and refrigerated.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot.

8Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
