- pasta shells (medium size)
- 1 can snails
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. chopped shallots
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- few drops Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook pasta shells and drain; cool.

2Drain and wash snails. Saute together the snails in garlic and butter for five minutes. Cool.

3Stuff each snail into a pasta shell and then surround with garlic butter mixture and cover pasta with sauce.

4Cover casserole dish and let stand several hours.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° until sizzling.

6Serve with French bread to dip into sauce.
