Chicken Spaghetti

  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. peppers
  • 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 large can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up in pieces

Directions

    Saute the onions and peppers in vegetable oil.

    Set aside. Mix the cheese with the spaghetti while still hot.

    Stir until cheese is melted, then add the tomatoes, mushroom soup, mushrooms, chicken and the sauteed mixture.

    Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
