- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. peppers
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 large can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
- 4 to 6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up in pieces
Directions

1Saute the onions and peppers in vegetable oil.

2Set aside. Mix the cheese with the spaghetti while still hot.

3Stir until cheese is melted, then add the tomatoes, mushroom soup, mushrooms, chicken and the sauteed mixture.

4Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
