  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces vermicelli, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 can mushroom
  • 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes
  • grated cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix all ingredients except for cheddar cheese together in large mixing bowl.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Bake 20-25 minutes.

    Top with grated cheddar cheese.

    Bake additional 5 minutes, until cheddar cheese melts.
