Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts/ or tenderloins
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms (more if you like)
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1 packages of thin spaghetti noodles
  • 1 mozzerella cheese for topping

Directions

    Heat oil in medium saucepan.

    Salt and pepper chicken.

    Cook chicken on both sides.

    Add celery, bell pepper, and onions to oil.

    Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened.

    Combine spaghetti sauce, and tomato sauce.

    Stir, and bring to a slight boil.

    Add tomatoes, mushrooms, and sugar.

    Stir well, combining all ingredients.

    Place lid on, simmer for 25 minutes.

    Stirring a few times.

    Boil noodles, drain.

    Add mozzerella cheese to the top, and enjoy!
