Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 3 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 pt. chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 2 large fryers, cooked and boned
  • 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
  • spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions

    Cook celery, onion and bell pepper in margarine until tender. Add mushroom and tomato soups, chicken broth, chili powder, Tabasco sauce and salt to taste.

    Mix with cooked and boned chicken and spaghetti.

    Put in a 15 x 11-inch pan.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Cook at 350° until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
