- 3 cups cooked chicken
- 1 package Uncle Ben's Wild & White Rice Combination, cooked
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium jar of pimientos
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups French style green beans, drained
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients. Place in 2 1/2 or 3 quart casserole. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°. Though there's mayonnaise in the recipe, it freezes very well. To freeze, do not cook prior to freezing.
