- small onion
- 4 medium size potatoes
- carrots to taste
- 1 can peas
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- water
Directions

1Cube chicken breast; brown onion and chicken in 2 teaspoons oil.

2When brown, remove from skillet.

3Add flour and water to make a gravy.

4Peel and cube potatoes; slice carrots.

5Add all to gravy.

6Put in casserole and bake in oven 1 hour at 350°.

7The last 15 minutes, add peas.
