- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet over medium to high heat, in 1 tablespoon hot oil.

2Cook half of the chicken until browned, stirring often. Remove; set aside.

3Repeat with remaining chicken.

4Reduce heat to medium.

5In same skillet in remaining oil, cook mushroom and onion until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.

6Stir in soup, yogurt and water.

7Heat to boiling.

8Return chicken to skillet.

9Heat thoroughly.

10Serve over noodles.
