- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 c. cooked broccoli flowerets
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1In a quart saucepan, heat 3/4 cup of the milk and butter to scalding.

2In a large bowl, pour hot milk mix over stuffing.

3Toss to mix well.

4Put half of this mixture into buttered 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
