- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 1/2 c. broth from chicken
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 stick margarine
Directions

1Spread chicken mixture over the half stuffing mix in the pan, then top with the reserved half of the stuffing mix.

2Beat 2 eggs; add 1 3/4 cups milk.

3Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight or several hours.

4Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) over top.

5Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

6Sprinkle with grated cheese for last 10 minutes of baking time.
