  • 1 1/2 kilograms chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 soup spoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, oil, and garlic. Beat all the ingredients together well.

    Add the chicken to the sauce and ensure the chicken is completely covered.

    Marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours, or as long as possible.

    Preheat the oven to 200C.

    Place the chicken with the skin side up on a lined baking tray, adding the marinade too.

    Cook for 30 minutes.

    Turn over and cook for a further 30 minutes on 180C.
