  • 1 1/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts

    Mix all liquids and rice.

    Pour 1/2 mixture on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

    Cover with uncooked chicken.

    Pour rest of mixture on top.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and almonds.

    Bake, uncovered, at 275° for 2 1/2 hours.
