- 6 to 8 chicken cutlets (no skin)
- 1 pkg. dried beef
- 4 strips bacon, cut in half
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to your taste
Directions

1Lightly grease large Pyrex dish with margarine.

2Line bottom with dried beef.

3Open chicken cutlets and place small amount of butter in middle.

4Roll cutlets and hold in place with 1/2 strip bacon.

5Place on top of dried beef.

6Mix soup and sour cream together and pour on top of chicken.

7Bake slowly at 275° for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

8Serve with rice.
