- 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium jar pimento, sliced into strips
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced thin
Directions

1Cook chicken until tender.

2Remove skin and bones.

3Cut into bite-sized pieces.

4Reserve broth.

5Cook rice as directed on package, using broth of chicken instead of water.

6Saute onion, pimento and water chestnuts in butter for a few minutes.

7Combine all ingredients and bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes in a large covered casserole.

8Freezes well.

9Serves 12.
