  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked (save broth)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 to 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Cut chicken into chunks.

    Mix chicken with sour cream, soup and onion soup mix.

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions, using chicken broth for liquid.

    Place over the chicken.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
