- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 can water chestnuts
- salad oil

Directions

1Remove skin and bones from chicken.

2Cut into pieces about 1 1/2-inches square.

3Wash, trim and cut coarse tops from onions into 2 1/2-inch lengths, then cut to make strips about 1/4-inch thick.

4Arrange chicken and onions on a plate.
