- 1 box 16 Oz Size, Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 can (21 Oz. Size) Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 2 whole Large Eggs

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray your pan with cooking spray and set aside until ready to use.

2Combine cake mix, pie filling and almond extract in your mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add the eggs one at a time, making sure they are fully incorporated. Pour into a prepared pan.

3Bake for 28-30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before inverting cake from pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
