  • 1 medium, chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can chopped green chili peppers
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and deboned
  • tortilla chips
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Saute onion in oleo, then add soups, peppers and chicken while this is heated together.

    Line bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan with tortilla chips; pour meat mixture on chips.

    Top with cheese. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
