- 8 oz. bottle sweet and sour sauce
- 1/2 c. drained pineapple tidbits
- flour
- pepper
- salt
- butter
Directions

1Coat chicken with seasoned flour.

2Brown in butter.

3Place in baking dish.

4Add sweet and sour sauce and pineapple.

5Cover and bake at 350° until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.

6Makes 3 to 4 servings.
