  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
  • 8 oz. bottle sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 c. drained pineapple tidbits
  • flour
  • pepper
  • salt
  • butter

Directions

    Coat chicken with seasoned flour.

    Brown in butter.

    Place in baking dish.

    Add sweet and sour sauce and pineapple.

    Cover and bake at 350° until chicken is tender, about 1 hour.

    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
