- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- salt and pepper
- 12 cup dry white wine
- 34 teaspoon tarragon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 -4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.

2Combine wine, tarragon and garlic.

3Add chicken to wine mixture and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, turning occasionally.

4You may also marinate the chicken overnight in the refrigerator.

5Place chicken pieces in a greased baking dish.

6Pour marinade over chicken.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

8Add a light sprinkling of paprika.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until done.
