- 3 cukes, sliced thin with skin
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 1 red or green sweet pepper, sliced thin
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
Directions

1Put cukes, onions, garlic and peppers in a bowl with cover. Place salt and celery on top; let stand, covered, one hour or more.

2Mix vinegar and sugar into cucumbers.

3Put in canning jars; lasts one month in fridge.

4Can be used in one hour.
