- 3 full chicken breasts
- flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Cover chicken with flour, coat skillet with Pam.

2Melt butter, add floured chicken breasts.

3Cook over medium heat until brown on both sides (5 to 7 minutes).

4Remove chicken; stir in teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic and sugar.

5Put chicken back in pan and simmer 3 minutes on each side.
