Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups

- 5 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, grated
- 10 flour tortilla shells
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- fresh or canned mushrooms (if desired)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except the chicken, to make a nice, moist filling.

2Half this mixture into 2 separate bowls.

3In one bowl, add the cooked chicken and mix again.

4Spoon a portion of this filling into the tortilla shells and roll up.

5Spoon the remaining bowl of filling atop the shells, after they have been placed in a long baking dish.

6Be sure to grease the dish.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.

8Sprinkle with paprika.
