  • 1 Tablespoon Cornmeal
  • 1 can Uncooked Prepared Pizza Dough, 13 Ounce Can
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Divided
  • 2 pieces Leftover Or Precooked Chicken
  • 1 whole Tomato
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 3 sprigs Cilantro
  • 1 whole Habanero Pepper
  • 1 cup Corn (frozen, Canned, Or Fresh)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 bag Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (1 Pound Or As Much As You Want)

Directions

    Spray pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray and sprinkle evenly with cornmeal.

    Roll out dough over the cornmeal and pre-bake according to directions on package.

    In the meantime, process beans and 1 clove of garlic in a food processor and set aside.

    Chop chicken, tomato, avocado, cilantro, remaining garlic clove, and habanero, and combine in a medium bowl with the corn.

    Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

    When pizza crust is pre-baked, spread bean paste onto crust.

    Add chicken mixture over bean paste and top with Monterrey cheese.
