Chicken W/Provencal Sauce

- 4 chicken breasts
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 cup fat-free chicken broth
- 1 12 teaspoons dried herbes de provence
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions

1Beat chicken to 1/2 inch thick.

2Sprinkle chicken w/salt and pepper.

3Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

4Add chicken to oil and cook 6 minutes on each side.

5Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.

6Add garlic to pan and cook 1 minute.

7Add broth and herbes de provence and bring to a boil and deglaze.

8Cook until broth mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup, about 3 minutes.

9Remove from heat.

10Add butter and lemon juice to pan stirring until melted.

11Serve sauce over chicken.
