  • 1/4 pounds Chicken Spicy Italian Sausage
  • 2 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (or Neufchatel Cheese, If You Have It)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Sage
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cracked Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 15 pieces Fully Cooked Mini Phyllo Shells

    Finely chop walnuts in a food processor.

    In a small skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

    Saute walnuts for about 4 minutes.

    Remove sausage from casings and roughly dice.

    In the same skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until browned.

    Stir the cream cheese into the sausage until melted.
