  • 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pkg. frozen pastry shells, thawed to room temperature
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • garlic salt to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tarragon to taste
  • parsley for garnish
