  • 1 baking hen
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can English peas, drained
  • 1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 lb. egg noodles
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 bell peppers

Directions

    Boil hen until tender. Cool and cut in bite size pieces.

    Cook noodles in chicken broth until tender. Cook butter, onions, peppers, pimento and mushrooms on simmer.

    Mix noodles and remaining ingredients. This mixture should not be soupy, but moist.
