- 1 1/2 lb. chicken wings
- garlic powder
- 1/4 c. olive oil (about)
- basil
- parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. water
- lemon
Directions

1Lay wings in pan.

2Pour oil on top of wings.

3Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and parsley evenly on both sides.

4Cook, uncovered, for 1 hour, basting occasionally, then add water to bottom of pan and cover with foil for another 1/2 hour.

5Remove from oven.

6Squeeze fresh lemon over top of wings. Let sit for 5 minutes.
