  • 16 to 18 chicken winglets
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • salt

Directions

    Mix batter by combining milk, flour, soy sauce, eggs and salt (to taste); mix until smooth.

    Dip winglets in batter; fry in deep hot fat (350°) until crisp and brown.
