- 8 to 10 chicken wings
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 2 scallions
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Disjoint the wings, discarding the tips.

2Place the wings with the remaining ingredients in a foil pan.

3Cook by indirect heat method for 30 minutes.

4Brown the wings at either side of the grill directly over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes.

5(Cover off.) Keep the sauce hot.

6Serve the wings on a warmed platter with the cooking liquid (scallions removed) as a dipping sauce.
