  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix 1/2 of water with cake mix and Jell-O until lumps are out. Add rest of water, oil, eggs and extract.

    Beat well.

    Bake in 9 x 12-inch 25 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice.

    Put on cake as removed from oven.

    Makes a glaze.
