- 5 lb. wings
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. Texas Pete hot sauce
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
Directions

1Use a large boiler with a lid.

2Brown wings in oil.

3Place hot sauce, margarine and lemon juice in boiler.

4Bring to a boil. Place wings in boiler, half of wing first, then other half.

5Place lid on boiler and shake vigorously, covering all wings with mixture.

6Pour into serving dish, for wet wings.

7Drain, then pour into dish, for dry wings.
