  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 c. white bread cubes
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. brandy
  • orange peel (optional)

Directions

    In small bowl, marinate raisins in brandy for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°.

    Heat milk and butter in saucepan; set aside.
