  • 1 to 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/3 c. whiskey (use a blend)
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Snip wings and joints.

    Discard tip end of wings.

    Put wings in a shallow pan in a single layer.

    Combine whiskey, brown sugar and soy sauce; spoon over wings.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until brown and sticky.

    Turn several times to get good all around cooking.

    Finger food.
