  • 4 lb. chicken wings, cut into sections
  • 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3 oz. soy sauce
  • 6 oz. water
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Marinate chicken wings overnight in wet ingredients (sugar, ginger, soy sauce, water and garlic salt combined).

    Bake at 400° on cookie sheets covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.

    Turn wings over.

    Bake another 20 to 25 minutes.

    Keep warm in crock-pot to serve at a party.
