- 1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. dry vermouth or white wine
- 2 cloves garlic or crushed garlic in a jar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 lb. chicken wings
- McCormick lemon pepper
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients to make a marinade in a large container with a lid.

2Finely chop garlic cloves and add to marinade.

3Stir marinade.

4Add chicken wings to marinade; cover and refrigerate overnight.

5Put aluminum foil in pan.

6Spray with Pam.

7Put chicken wings in pan and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
