  • 1 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. dry vermouth or white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic or crushed garlic in a jar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • McCormick lemon pepper

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients to make a marinade in a large container with a lid.

    Finely chop garlic cloves and add to marinade.

    Stir marinade.

    Add chicken wings to marinade; cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Put aluminum foil in pan.

    Spray with Pam.

    Put chicken wings in pan and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
