Chicken With Figs

- 2 cut-up fryers
- 1 lb. cooked figs, with juice
- 1 lb. cubed pineapple, with juice
- 4 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 1 pt. sour cream or substitute
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Use drained juices to gently cook chicken in a large skillet (with salt and pepper).

2Remove chicken to warm bowl and cook the juices until thickened.

3Remove from heat, after 5 minutes, and gently add sour cream, stirring quickly.

4Add lemon juice, vanilla, figs and pineapple.

5Pour over the chicken and stir. Sprinkle toasted sesame seed over all.

6Serve with cooked rice.
